Tävlingspolicy

Klubben har en tävlingspolicy för att underlätta och skapa tydlighet i det gemensamma beteendet när vi representerar klubben utåt. Policyn ska också understötta de värderingar som klubben står för. Read information our competition policy and guidelines in English

För alla klubbens medlemmar som tävlar ska denna läsas igenom före tävling och man är ansvarig för att vara uppdaterad på innehållet. För att vi ska veta informationen gått ut vill vi gärna att ni signerar i slutet av dokumentet. Uppdaterad 2024-01-09. För information om reseersättningar till tävling så går det bra att kontakta:

Vad gäller vid tävling

LUGI Badminton står för: Gemenskap, delaktighet, kvalitet och engagemang. Medlemmar i LUGI Badminton uppträder alltid föredömligt och sportsligt på badmintonbanan och utanför. Vi representerar alla LUGI Badminton. Guidelines to follow during competition

Rent spel innebär att vi: 

• Följer de regler som gäller
• Spelare, ledare och föräldrar respekterar domarens och tävlingsledarens uppfattning
• Hejar, stöttar och coachar våra klubbkompisar men har ändå respekt för motståndaren
• Hälsar alltid innan och tackar efter match både vid träning och tävling
• Ser till att peppa oss själva utan att störa motståndaren
• Visar alltid respekt för tränare och ledare
• Kämpar på varje boll

Efter varje match/träning analyserar vi: Vad gjorde jag bra? Vad kan jag göra bättre?

Spelarnas ansvar:

• Vi använder våra klubbkläder vid tävling. Ska alltid bäras klubbtröja i final och vid prisutdelning. Aktuellt mars/april 2024: Just nu 15% rabatt på röda klubbtröjor. Maila info@lugibadminton.se för beställning.
• Tar eget ansvar för att äta bra och näringsrik mat som gör att vi orkar en hel dag och återhämtar oss mellan matcherna
• Värmer upp kroppen minst 10 minuter innan matchstart
• Vi coachar varandra så mycket vi kan men aldrig när LUGI-spelare möter varandra
• Vi kommer i tid till träning och tävling
• Vi försöker alltid efter bästa förmåga prestera på träning eller tävling
• Är siffervändare när det är vår tur

Föräldrarnas ansvar:

• Föräldrarnas stöd och medverkan är viktig för barnens utveckling men också för sammanhållningen i klubben
• Fråga de yngsta barnen hellre om det var roligt att spela än om resultatet
• Ju äldre barnen blir dess viktigare blir resultatet men det bör aldrig överskugga delaktigheten och trivseln i klubben
• Eventuell kritik till tränare/ledare framförs på ett konstruktivt sätt och vid lämpligt tillfälle
• Alla kan bidra till att verksamheten i klubben är bra, viktigt att välja sin nivå på aktivitet. Läs här vad som händer i vår.
• Föräldrar följer de regler som finns för när coaching får göras eller inte.

Ni föräldrar är era barns största förebild. Barn gör inte som ni säger utan de tar efter det ni gör.

Competition Policy

The club has a competition policy to make sure we all follow the values and manner that LUGI Badminton is during training, internal and external competition. There is also information about subsidies regarding competition fees etc. it is the members responsiblity to be informed about ut. This is not at the moment in English but do read the Guidelines connected to competition below that is translated. If you have questions regarding travel compensation do contact:

Guidelines during competition

LUGI Badminton stands for: community, participation, quality and commitment. Members of LUGI Badminton always behave in an exemplary and sporting manner on and of the badminton court. We all represent LUGI Badminton.

Fair play means that we:

• Follow the rules that apply
• Players, managers and parents respect the opinion of the referee and the competition director
• Cheers, supports and coaches our club mates but do not act badly against the oppontent
• Always say hi to our opponent before and thank you after the match, both during training and competition
• Encourage ourselves without disturbing our opponent
• Always show respect for coaches and leaders
• Do my best on every point

Analyse after the match/training session: What did I do well? What can I do better?

Players’ responsibilities:

• We try and use club clothes as much as we can during competition. Red club t-shirt/club clothes should be worn during final och price cermony. March/april 2024: 15% discount on red club t-shirt. Contact info@lugibadminton.se for more information.
• Taking personal responsibility for eating nutritious food that allows us to last a whole day and recover between each match.
• Warms up the body at least 10 minutes before the start of the match
• We coach each other as much as we can but never when LUGI players meet each other
• We try to be on time for training and competition
• We always try to perform to the best of our ability in training or competition
• Is a number counter when it is our turn otherwise inform the competition director

Parents’ responsibilities:

• The parents’ support and participation is important for the children’s development but also for the community of the club
• Ask the youngest children if it was fun playing rather than the result
• The older the children get, the more important the result becomes, but it should never overshadow participation and enjoyment in the club
• Any criticism of coaches/leaders is presented in a constructive manner and at the appropriate time
• Everyone can contribute to the activities in the club being good, it is important to choose their level of activity. Read here what happens during spring
• Parents follow the rules that exist for when coaching may or may not be done

Parents/relatives act as role models and understand that children don’t do what you say. They do what they see.
